Affordable & Durable Steel Building Systems
We offer pre-designed, customizable Structural Steel Engineered Building Systems for affordable residential and commercial applications. Our unique approach focuses on a partial shell building ( dry in shell), providing an incredibly affordable, durable, and efficient alternative to traditional wood framing.
With an average cost of just 50/60 SF for the steel structure erected in place on a 4" concrete slab with OSB sheathing on a radiant barrier and house wrap the owner can manage the rest of the construction services as their own contractor, obtaining great savings.

The site plan will be prepared with the specific location of the building, showing all existing utility services, parking, and location. It's highly recommended that we are provided with the following information:
The full address of the project. Pictures of the proposed ADU's location. A copy of the site survey with topography done by a civil engineer.
If not available, we can provide this service as well, but only in the Denver area. We can discuss options for a site visit with the customer. The cost for this service varies depending on location.

No labor or any other material (beyond the steel structure components listed installed) are included. All building permits and related fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
